Alexandre BELLEY  was born 3 August 1827 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul-de-Baie-Saint-Paul).  Alexandre died 2 April 1911 in St-Gedeon, Quebec, Canada.  Alexandre was the child of Francois BELLEY and Ursule SAULNIER dite LACOULINE.
