Alexis  married  Judith BOUCHARD 21 October 1793 in Les Éboulements, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 3 children.
Judith BOUCHARD  was born 2 February 1770 in Les Éboulements, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption-des-Eboulements).  Judith died 28 April 1833 in Les Éboulements, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption-des-Eboulements).  Judith was the child of Pierre BOUCHARD and Marie-Geneviève GRENON.

Alexis THERRIEN died 17 November 1815 in Les Éboulements, Lower Canada .
