Adelaide TREMBLAY  was born 4 March 1803 in Les Éboulements, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption-des-Eboulements).  Adelaide died 6 April 1845 in Saint-Irénée, Charlevoix, Québec, Canada (St-Irenee).  Adelaide was the child of Jean-Baptiste TREMBLAY and Marie-Anne AUDET dite LAPOINTE.
