Joseph-Rene GAUTHIER  was born 21 November 1759 in Les Éboulements, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption-des-Eboulements).  Joseph-Rene died 9 January 1839 in Les Éboulements, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption-des-Eboulements).  Joseph-Rene was the child of Joseph GAUTHIER (GONTHIER) and Marie-Victoire TREMBLAY.
