Charles  married  Osithe Marie DUGAS 20 July 1755 in Port Royal, Acadia .  The couple had (at least) 2 children.
Osithe Marie DUGAS  was born 18 December 1734 in Annapolis Royal, Annapolis, Nova Scotia, Canada (Port Royal, Acadia).  Osithe Marie died 20 January 1820 in Saint-Jacques, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jacques-de-Montcalm) (Saint Jacques de l’Achigan).  Osithe Marie was the child of Claude DUGAS and Marie Josephe MELANSON.

Charles BELIVEAU died 10 August 1796 in Saint-Jacques, Lower Canada .
