Edward was an immigrant to the United States, arriving by 1866.

Sophie Zepherine TENANCOUR  was born 9 September 1855 in Yamaska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Michel-d'Yamaska).  Sophie Zepherine died 21 April 1938 in Northampton, Massachusetts, USA (Florence).  Sophie Zepherine was the child of Roch TONNANCOUR (TENANCOUR) and Adeline PARENT.
