Joseph PEPIN  was born 30 January 1789 in Charlesbourg, Québec, Québec, Canada (Bourg Royal).  Joseph died 5 March 1843 in Saint-Barthélemy, Québec, Canada.  Joseph was the child of Thomas-Stanislas PEPIN and Marguerite THIBAULT.
