Cecile GERMAIN  was born 24 February 1807 in Cap-Santé, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Famille-du-Cap-Sante).  Cecile died 17 April 1843 in Saint-Barthélemy, Québec, Canada.  Cecile was the child of Pierre-Etienne GERMAIN and Marie-Anne GODIN.
