Hector OUELLET  was born 13 November 1803 in La Pocatière, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatiere).  Hector died 10 September 1882 in Jonquière, Québec, Canada.  Hector was the child of Andre OUELLET and Theotiste MIVILLE dite DESCHÊNES.
