Cecile BLOUIN  was born 18 March 1825 in Saint-Jean-de-l'Île-d'Orléans, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jean).  Cecile died 15 January 1884 in Laurierville, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Julie-de-Somerset).  Cecile was the child of Jean BLOUIN and Marguerite TURCOTTE.
