Joseph  married  Genevieve DUFAULT 8 November 1802 in Saint-Ours, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 8 children.
Genevieve DUFAULT  was born 4 April 1783 in Saint-Ours, Québec, Canada (Immaculée-Conception).  Genevieve died 18 June 1818 in Saint-Cuthbert, Québec, Canada.  Genevieve was the child of Antoine DUFAULT and Françoise DUMAS.

Joseph BONIN died 19 December 1848 in Saint-Cuthbert, Canada East.
