Louise PICARD  was born 20 April 1720 in Trois-Rivières, Québec, Canada (Three Rivers).  Louise died 2 June 1765 in Les Cèdres, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-Soulanges Les Cedres).  Louise was the child of Pierre PICARD and Madeleine PROVENCHER.
