'THE LATE RICHARD C. DERBY.
This gentleman, who will be remembered by many of our citizens, died in Philadelphia on Tuesday, 4th inst., in the 78th year of his age. He has resided at Newport, Rhode Island, during the last few years of his life.

John T. Sargent, of Boston, for distribution among the poor, $5000.
