Alexandre  married  Marie-Thecle MIGNIER dite LAGACÉ (MIGNER) 17 November 1777 in Saint-Cuthbert, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 1 child.
Marie-Thecle MIGNIER dite LAGACÉ (MIGNER)  was born abt. 1751 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Marie-Thecle died 17 May 1836 in Berthierville, Québec, Canada (Berthier-en-Haut) (Ste-Genevieve-de-Berthier).  Marie-Thecle was the child of Ignace-Andre MIGNIER dit LAGACÉ (MIGNER) and Madeleine BOUCHER.

Alexandre LEFEBVRE died 26 May 1824 in Berthierville, Lower Canada .
