Charles  married  Marguerite MARCOTTE 6 June 1748 in Saint-Nicolas, Lévis, Canada, New France .  Marguerite MARCOTTE  was born abt. 1716 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Marguerite died 2 October 1794 in Saint-Nicolas, Lévis, Québec, Canada .  Marguerite was the child of Bernard-Pierre MARCOTTE and Marie-Louise HOUDE.

Charles DUBOIS died 4 April 1798 in Saint-Nicolas, Lévis, Lower Canada .
