Biography
'Therese, the only Chaille daughter of the second generation, was born at Beauport. Her baptismal act, recorded in the registries of the parish of Quebec, indicate that Nicolas Belanger was her godfather; Therese Leblanc, her godmother; the Jesuit missionary Jacques Bruyas officiated. At Neuville, on the first of July 1688, Therese joined her life to the Angevin Francois Nault, nephew of Marguerite Jobidon, already the father of 6 children, 4 of whom were living. The new bride generously added 5 members to the Nault line. She was buried at Deschambaults, on 27 October 1762.'
