Joseph MERLOT  was born 30 July 1725 in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Montréal, Québec, Canada.  Joseph died 14 August 1798 in Sainte-Geneviève, Québec, Canada (Pierrefonds)*.  Joseph was the child of Joachim MERLOT and Jeanne MARTIN dite LANGEVIN.

Marie-Reine PILON died 1 May 1820 in Les Cèdres, Lower Canada .
