Marie-Charlotte OUELLET  was born 17 January 1749 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Marie-Charlotte died 20 April 1829 in Saint-Roch-des-Aulnaies, Québec, Canada.  Marie-Charlotte was the child of Philippe-Pierre OUELLET and Marie-Helene DUVAL.
