Denis PROULX  was born 24 April 1676 in Québec, Québec, Canada (Quebec City).  Denis died 12 December 1749 in Montmagny, Québec, Canada (Saint-Thomas) (Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire).  Denis was the child of Jean PROULX and Jacquette FOURNIER.
