Charles  married  Charlotte DUFRESNE 23 November 1767 in Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 3 children.
Charlotte DUFRESNE  was born 7 October 1751 in Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada.  Charlotte died 6 April 1816 in Beloeil, Québec, Canada (Saint-Mathieu-de-Beloeil).  Charlotte was the child of Jacques DUFRESNE and Marie-Anne LEDUC.

Charles RENAUD (RAYNAUD) died 29 May 1807 in Beloeil, Lower Canada .
