Louis  married  Suzanne RENAUD 9 January 1758 in Saint-Vincent-de-Paul, Laval, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 5 children.
Suzanne RENAUD  was born 27 November 1725 in Montréal, Québec, Canada (Sault-au-Récollet) (Côte-St-Michel) (Côte-St-Paul).  Suzanne died 8 September 1784 in Saint-Eustache, Québec, Canada.  Suzanne was the child of Jean RENAUD dit LANGLAIS and Marguerite CHARBONNEAU.

Louis ÉTHIER died 8 August 1806 in Sainte-Thérèse, Lower Canada .
