François  married  Marie-Josephte ALLAIRE 8 October 1782 in Isle-aux-Coudres, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 5 children.
Marie-Josephte ALLAIRE  was born abt. 1765 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Marie-Josephte died 6 March 1846 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul-de-Baie-Saint-Paul).  Marie-Josephte was the child of François ALLAIRE (DALLAIRE) and Marie-Anne DELAGE.

François GUAY (CASTONGUAY) died 30 May 1794 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Lower Canada .
