Jean OTIS dit LANGLAIS  was born 18 September 1757 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul-de-Baie-Saint-Paul).  Jean died 26 January 1813 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul-de-Baie-Saint-Paul).  Jean was the child of Jean-Baptiste OTIS dit LANGLAIS and Marie-Anne TREMBLAY.
