Marie-Charlotte  married  Jean-Baptiste VERONNEAU 30 April 1753 in Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 4 children.
Jean-Baptiste VERONNEAU  was born 25 May 1725 in Boucherville, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Famille-de-Boucherville).  Jean-Baptiste died 27 May 1798 in Chambly, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-Chambly).  Jean-Baptiste was the child of Joseph VERONNEAU and Françoise ROUGEAU.

Marie-Charlotte VIAU died 28 May 1810 in Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu, Lower Canada .
