He married  (2) Jeanne CHARTRAN (CHARTRAND) 5 July 1706 in Montréal, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 7 children. Jeanne CHARTRAN (CHARTRAND)  was born 12 March 1686 in Rivière-des-Prairies, Montréal, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-la-Rivière-des-Prairies)*.  She died 16 June 1754 in Laval, Québec, Canada (Saint François-de-Sales-de-l'Ile-Jésus).  She was the daughter of Thomas CHARTRAN (CHARTRAND) and Jeanne MATOU (MATHON) dite LABRIE.
