Louis  married  Marie-Genevieve VIGEANT dite TAUPIER 30 June 1794 in Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 1 child.
Marie-Genevieve VIGEANT dite TAUPIER  was born 12 May 1773 in Chambly, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-Chambly).  Marie-Genevieve died 14 August 1824 in Iberville, Québec, Canada (Saint-Athanase-de-Bleury).  Marie-Genevieve was the child of Laurent VIGEANT dit TAUPIER and Marie-Anne BOILEAU.

Louis GOYETTE died 20 September 1854 in Saint-Luc, Canada East.
