Nicolas  married  Isabelle CARBONNEAU 10 November 1818 in Berthier-sur-Mer, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 1 child.
Isabelle CARBONNEAU  was born 21 February 1785 in Berthier-sur-Mer, Québec, Canada (Berthier-en-Bas) (Berthier).  Isabelle died 10 January 1855 in Canada.  Isabelle was the child of Joseph-Marie CARBONNEAU and Therese BLAIS.

Nicolas POULIOT died 22 July 1852 in Saint-Gervais, Bellechasse, Canada East .
