Nicolas POULIOT  was born 13 February 1739 in Saint-Laurent-de-l'Île-d'Orléans, Québec, Canada.  Nicolas died 25 October 1795 in Saint-Gervais, Bellechasse, Québec, Canada (Saints-Gervais-et-Protais).  Nicolas was the child of Pierre-Francois POULIOT and Marie-Anne AUDET dite LAPOINTE.
