Joseph RICHARD  was born 18 October 1796 in Bécancour, Nicolet, Québec, Canada (Nativité-de-Notre-Dame-de-Becancour) (Saint-Edouard-de-Gentilly).  Joseph died 23 April 1866 in Saint-Grégoire, Nicolet, Québec, Canada (Saint-Grégoire-le-Grand) (Bécancour)*.  Joseph was the child of Joseph RICHARD and Marie BOURGEOIS.
