Victoire LEBEL  was born 3 February 1789 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Victoire died 28 March 1826 in Rivière-du-Loup, Québec, Canada (Fraserville) (Riviere du Loup en Bas) (Saint-Patrice).  Victoire was the child of Joseph-Marie LEBEL and Victoire SOUCY.
