Victoire SOUCY  was born 22 April 1767 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Victoire died 14 July 1830 in Rivière-du-Loup, Québec, Canada (Fraserville) (Riviere du Loup en Bas) (Saint-Patrice).  Victoire was the child of André SOUCY and Marie-Catherine NADEAU.
