Joseph-Marie  married  Marguerite CAYA (CAILLA) 16 February 1741 in La Visitation-de-l'Île-Dupas, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 10 children.
Marguerite CAYA (CAILLA)  was born 5 November 1722 in Sorel, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre).  Marguerite died 6 October 1807 in Saint-Cuthbert, Québec, Canada.  Marguerite was the child of Pierre CAYA (CAILLA) and Catherine NEVEU.

Joseph-Marie RAINVILLE died 4 April 1809 in Saint-Cuthbert, Lower Canada.
