Jean-Baptiste MONCIAU dit DESORMEAUX  was born 15 October 1733 in Saint-Laurent, Montréal, Québec, Canada.  Jean-Baptiste died 11 August 1813 in Saint-Vincent-de-Paul, Laval, Québec, Canada.  Jean-Baptiste was the child of Pierre MONCIAU dit DESORMEAUX and Marie-Marguerite AUGER dite BARON.
