TREMBLAY (L'abbé Louis-Octave), né à Saint-Rochdes-Aulnaies, comté de L'Islet, le 6 février 1855, do Louis-Henri Tremblay, médecin, et de Marie-Emilie Beaubien, fit ses études à Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatière et fut ordonné à Québec, le 22 mai 1880. A l'école d'agriculture de Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatière, assistant-directeur (1880-1881), directeur (1881-1896);-vicaire à Saint-Jean-Port-Joli (1896-1897); curé de Saint-Philippe-de-Néri (1897-1904); président de l'Association des missionnaires agricoles (1901-1904); décédé à Montmagny, le 31 octobre 1904.
