Joseph  married  Anastasie GAGNON 4 November 1850 in La Baie, Canada East .  The couple had (at least) 5 children.
Anastasie GAGNON  was born 5 January 1834 in Saint-Urbain, Charlevoix, Québec, Canada.  Anastasie died 15 March 1862 in La Baie, Québec, Canada (Grande-Baie) (Bagotville) (Port-Alfred) (Saint-Alexis) (Ha Ha Bay) (St-Alphonse-de-Liguori).  Anastasie was the child of Thomas GAGNON and Venerande-Anselme GIRARD.

Joseph  married  (2) Meric-Emerique TREMBLAY 28 July 1862 in Chicoutimi, Canada East .  The couple had (at least) 5 children.
Meric-Emerique TREMBLAY  was born 12 January 1841 in Les Éboulements, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption-des-Eboulements).  Meric-Emerique died 11 January 1917 in Chicoutimi, Québec, Canada (Arvida) (Saguenay).  Meric-Emerique was the child of Julien TREMBLAY and Marie-Rose MARTEL.
