Norbert LAVOIE  was born 3 May 1816 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul-de-Baie-Saint-Paul).  Norbert died 26 April 1885 in Rivière-à-l'Ours, Quebec, Canada.  Norbert was the child of Louis LAVOIE and Geneviève MENARD.
