Biography
Louis Pasteur, a towering figure in the history of science, lived from December 27, 1822, to September 28, 1895. Born in Dole, France, Pasteur's early life gave little indication of the scientific revolution he would lead. His family was not wealthy, and his humble beginnings did not suggest that he would become one of the most influential figures in microbiology.

Pasteur initially studied at the Royal College of Besançon before moving on to the prestigious École Normale Supérieure in Paris. His interest in science took root during these years, and he earned a doctorate in physical sciences in 1847. Despite facing financial challenges, Pasteur was determined to make significant contributions to the scientific community.

Perfect Pasteurization Means Perfect Protection

Pasturization is simply heating milk - not boiling it.

By raising the temperature of the milk to 145 degrees Fahrenheit and keeping it at that point for thirty minutes, all harmful germs are destroyed, by the milk is not changed.


After heating, the milk, is immediately cooled to 40 degrees or less and flows to the bottling machine and is automatically filled and capped; thus avoiding contact with human hands.
