Marie-Anne LAURENT dite LAMOTHE  was born 24 July 1719 in Champlain, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-la-Visitation).  She died 5 September 1744 in La Prairie, Québec, Canada (St-Philippe) (St-Jean-François-Régis).  She was the daughter of François LAURENT dit LAMOTHE and Marie-Madeleine ROCHEREAU.

He married  (2) Marie-Catherine RAYMOND 03 May 1745 in La Prairie, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 6 children. Marie-Catherine RAYMOND  was born 8 April 1721 in La Prairie, Québec, Canada (St-Philippe) (St-Jean-François-Régis).  She died 7 November 1771 in La Prairie, Québec, Canada (St-Philippe) (St-Jean-François-Régis).  She was the daughter of Jean-Baptiste BERTRAND TOULOUSE RAYMOND and Marie-Louise DRUSSON.
