Marie-Catherine  married  Jean-Baptiste BENOIT 11 February 1782 in Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 2 children.
Jean-Baptiste BENOIT  was born 22 September 1761 in Québec, Québec, Canada (Quebec City).  Jean-Baptiste died 9 May 1816 in Saint-Luc, Québec, Canada.  Jean-Baptiste was the child of François BENOIT and Marie-Agathe CHICOINE.

Marie-Catherine CHARAUX died 26 November 1835 in Saint-Luc, Lower Canada.
