Jacques  married  Marie-Anne BEAUVAIS 3 August 1818 in Chambly, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 1 child.
Marie-Anne BEAUVAIS  was born 9 September 1797 in Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada (Pointe-Olivier).  Marie-Anne died 13 January 1869 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Marie-Anne was the child of François-Xavier BEAUVAIS and Angelique-Pulcherie HERBEC (HERBECQ).

Jacques BENOIT died 15 November 1870 in Saint-Césaire, Québec, Canada .
