Modeste LEVASSEUR  was born 9 November 1773 in Trois-Rivières, Québec, Canada (Three Rivers).  Modeste died 26 January 1840 in Bécancour, Nicolet, Québec, Canada (Nativité-de-Notre-Dame-de-Becancour) (Saint-Edouard-de-Gentilly).  Modeste was the child of Joseph LEVASSEUR dit LESPÉRANCE and Madeleine DEHORNAY (DESCHARNAIS) dite LANEUVILLE.

Marie-Josephe DESHAIES died 10 June 1865 in Bécancour, Nicolet, Canada East .
