Charles-Emmanuel ROCH  was born 17 September 1789 in Saint-Cuthbert, Québec, Canada.  Charles-Emmanuel died 2 December 1846 in Berthierville, Québec, Canada (Berthier-en-Haut) (Ste-Genevieve-de-Berthier).  Charles-Emmanuel was the child of Mathurin-Joseph FUSEAU dit ROCH and Marie-Josephte COUTU (COTTU).
