Joseph Theotime RICHARD  was born 24 August 1751 in Annapolis Royal, Annapolis, Nova Scotia, Canada (Port Royal, Acadia).  Joseph Theotime died 7 August 1814 in Saint-Jacques, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jacques-de-Montcalm) (Saint Jacques de l’Achigan).  Joseph Theotime was the child of Jean Baptiste RICHARD and Josephte HÉBERT.
