Jean-Luc FOURQUIN dit LÉVEILLÉ  was born abt. 1775 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Jean-Luc died abt. 1810 Jean-Luc was the child of Joseph FOURQUIN dit LÉVEILLÉ and Marie-Anne GIGUERE.
