Charles  married  Marie-Anne BLONDEAU dite VERBOIS 21 October 1793 in Rivière-Ouelle, Lower Canada .  Marie-Anne BLONDEAU dite VERBOIS  was born 1 November 1763 in Rivière-Ouelle, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-Liesse).  Marie-Anne died 18 March 1849 in Saint-Basile, Madawaska, New Brunswick, Canada (Edmundston).  Marie-Anne was the child of Antoine BLONDEAU dit VERBOIS and Josephte GAUVIN.

Charles THÉRIAULT died 31 March 1851 in Saint-Basile, Madawaska, New Brunswick, Canada .
