Marie-Charlotte  married  Simon ETHIER 13 January 1772 in Saint-Eustache, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 12 children.
Simon ETHIER  was born 26 August 1750 in Sainte-Geneviève, Québec, Canada (Pierrefonds)*.  Simon died 6 February 1834 in Ste-Scholastique, Deux-Montagnes, Quebec, Canada.  Simon was the child of Joseph ÉTHIER and Marie-Catherine LAUZON.

Marie-Charlotte PROULX died 30 June 1832 in Saint-Benoît, Mirabel, Lower Canada.
