Marguerite  married  Michel BIROLEAU 30 January 1764 in Pointe-Claire, Montréal, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 2 children.
Michel BIROLEAU  was born 8 March 1741 in Sainte-Geneviève, Québec, Canada (Pierrefonds)*.  Michel died 11 June 1810 in Saint-Eustache, Québec, Canada.  Michel was the child of Joseph BIROLEAU dit LAFLEUR and Marie-Josephe LAUZON.

Marguerite VILLERAY died 25 December 1831 in Saint-Benoît, Mirabel, Lower Canada.
