Thomas  married  Isabelle BOUCHARD 13 January 1766 in Berthier-sur-Mer, Province of Québec, Canada .  Isabelle BOUCHARD  was born 1 September 1733 in Berthier-sur-Mer, Québec, Canada (Berthier-en-Bas) (Berthier).  Isabelle died 9 June 1818 in Saint-Cuthbert, Québec, Canada.  Isabelle was the child of Ignace BOUCHARD and Jeanne-Marie-Anne ROY.

Thomas LAPIERRE died 20 April 1814 in Saint-Cuthbert, Lower Canada.
