Madeleine was deported as part of the Acadian Exile / Grand Derangement around 1755.

She married  Michel QUESSY (CAISSIE) abt. 1706 in Acadia, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 2 children. Michel QUESSY (CAISSIE)  was born July 1684 in Amherst, Nova Scotia, Canada / Beaubassin, Acadia (Fort Lawrence).  He died 1 December 1733 in Amherst, Nova Scotia, Canada / Beaubassin, Acadia (Fort Lawrence).  He was the son of Roger QUESSY (CAISSIE) and Marie Françoise POIRIER.
