Thérèse COLOMBEAU (CROMBIAU)  was born 17 September 1760 in Montréal, Québec, Canada (Sault-au-Récollet) (Côte-St-Michel) (Côte-St-Paul).  Thérèse died 10 March 1798 in Saint-Jacques, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jacques-de-Montcalm) (Saint Jacques de l’Achigan).  Thérèse was the child of Noel COLOMBEAU and Josephte JULIEN.

Jean-Marie LEPAGE died 5 October 1816 in Saint-Jacques, Lower Canada .
